We are pleased to announce of opening of our new office in Blackwood. The office occupies a very prominent and highly visible location on entering Blackwood High Street. We have long been active within the area and the mid Borough region generally, particularly within the commercial and land agency sectors, but the establishment of this office will primarily focus on residential estate agency. We have also had an increasingly greater involvement in the sale of new home sites within the Blackwood catchment in recent years emphasising our growing presence of brand within the area.
Whilst staff at the branch will primarily focus on servicing residential estate agency it will also provide access to our experienced Commercial and Land agency Departments offering sales, lettings and management services as well as a range of professional services which include valuations, Landlord & Tenant advice, property investment guidance and development land consultancy.
We are an Independently owned practice and pride ourselves on offering professional advice to all disciplines of property agency, combining entrepreneurial spirit, integrity and a commitment to understanding our clients’ specific needs and requirements helping us to achieve the best possible outcome in a realistic timeframe.
David Eaton BSc (Hons)
After graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in Sports Science, David focussed his sights on a career within the property industry and now has almost a decade of experience.
David has worked in several large estate agency practices and has extensive expertise of the Blackwood area in particular, he possesses good local and regional knowledge of the residential property market. Progressing through the ranks from Sales Negotiator to Branch Manager, David is best placed to drive our estate agency growth in the Blackwood and surrounding areas, priding himself on a personal, honest and detailed approach.
David enjoys watching sports and going on city breaks when he’s not running around after his two daughters at home.
Email DavidTrevor graduated in 1988 from the University of Glamorgan with a degree in Urban Estate Management and subsequently obtained Chartered membership of the RICS in 1991. He first worked with Henry Butcher & Co in Bristol and then moved to Cooke and Arkwright in Cardiff for a short period before eventually joining Brinsons in 1993. Initially employed as a Commercial Manager, Trevor became an equity partner in 2001 and, after incorporation in 2008, the Managing Director. With over 25 years of experience coupled with extensive local knowledge of the residential and commercial property sectors, Trevor is well placed running the business. Trevor is an Ambassador for Velindre Cancer Charity and an active fundraiser.
Email TrevorAudrey attended Rosary College, Dublin and later Rathmines Business College, Dublin gaining her Accountant Technician qualification. She moved to Wales in 1994 and having worked for a large Motor Group nationally for 13 years in the UK, she joined our team in August 2007 as our Finance Manager.
Very quickly Audrey proved her vast knowledge of finance, accounting and business management practices, streamlining the finance & accounting function to suit the ever changing needs of our business. Audrey was appointed to her current role as Finance Director in September 2015. She is responsible for the entire finance, accounting & HR function of Brinsons.
In her spare time, you will most likely find her dancing, in the gym, cooking/baking, floristry or attempting any creative project.
Email AudreyDaniel joined Brinsons in 2010 and subsequently completed a BSc in Real Estate Appraisal and Management and an MSc in Project Management, graduating in 2011 and 2013 respectively. After a further two years completing the Assessment of Professional Competence, he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2016, to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Daniel covers all aspects of property management and commercial agency work with a primary focus on the industrial sector. Daniel hails from the Caerphilly area which affords him plenty of local knowledge which is essential in dealing with commercial property.
Email DanielMatthew joined Brinsons in March 2018 and brings with him over 7 years experience in Residential Lettings and management. Having previously managed a Residential Lettings department in Cardiff, Matthew has a broad understanding of the rental sector and he contributed in launching a Sales department before joining the team at Brinsons. Born and raised in Caerphilly, he has extensive local knowledge of Caerphilly and the surrounding areas. Matthew is Rent Smart Wales accredited and is close to completing his MARLA qualification.
