JeffreyRoss acquires Brinsons sales and lettings
We are delighted to inform you that JeffreyRoss have acquired the residential sales and lettings business from Brinsons. JeffreyRoss look forward to building upon the fantastic service you have already received from Brinsons, as well as bringing you the full range of services we offer as agents with vast experience and knowledge in the residential property sector.
Under JeffreyRoss Group’s new ownership, the sales and lettings side of the business will remain under the stewardship of the current management team and remain at its Market Street head office.
JeffreyRoss Director, Ross Hooper-Nash said:

What does this mean to you?
JeffreyRoss will continue to trade as Brinsons, but over the coming weeks you will be able to benefit from the extra services you can now access, as our client. The business will continue to run from the office located in Market Street, Caerphilly and will form strong links with our North Cardiff office in Llanishen. We are delighted that Audrey, Nick, Megan, Whitney, Lauren and Linda will remain with us, so you will continue to deal with familiar faces, as well as some new ones.
What about Sales & Letting Service Agreements?
It’s very straightforward. Your current terms and conditions will remain the same.
Landlords
If your property is on a fully managed or rent collection service, we will arrange for the rental income from your contract-holders to be received by JeffreyRoss trading as Brinsons, and this will be paid to your account minus deductions, once it has cleared into our account.
